Robin Moore Studio began in a garage with three windows, a little borrowed quiet, and enough light to make something new. Today, it is the creative home of my full-time art practice, a place where beeswax, pigment, memory, and flame become original encaustic paintings.

Hi, I’m Robin — an encaustic artist, mother, partner, maker, and lifelong dreamer.

After years of balancing a full professional life with motherhood, partnership, and creativity, I’ve taken the plunge to make art my full-time work. Robin Moore Studio is the result of that leap: a place where memory, landscape, color, texture, and fire come together in original encaustic paintings.

My art has always been medicine for my insides — heart, body, and mind. It is how I process the world, return to myself, and connect with others. In the studio, I work with beeswax, pigment, wood panel, and flame to create layered pieces full of movement, light, and feeling.

My process begins with memories of place and emotion: the pull of water, the shape of a shoreline, the color of a season, the atmosphere of a moment you can feel but not quite name. What emerges are textured abstract landscapes that invite us to pause, notice, and reconnect.

When someone is moved by my work, it feels like a conversation between hearts. It brings me incredible joy to create these pieces and to share them with you.
